As our Power BI Developer, you will help develop and enhance our Business Intelligence toolset (through Power BI & Snowflake) to create operational accountability and intelligence that supports the growth strategy for the organization. Every day you will collaborate with other BI Developers managing all development efforts in a sprint agile framework, building technical requirements, and ensuring the product is developed and released efficiently, accurately and to our stakeholders’ expectations. To thrive in this role, you must be effective working both independently and collaboratively. Here’s what you will experience working as a Power BI Developer: Gain an understanding of current analytics and reporting library with a focus on business purpose, model structure, data elements, and visualizations Maintain and develop Snowflake backend SQL queries, functions and stored procedures Maintain and develop Power BI visualization tool Implement Power BI development best practices focusing on maintainability, performance efficiency, and accuracy Work directly with leadership to develop project roadmap and timeline to completion Required Skills: 1-2 years’ experience in a Power BI developer role managing the development of PBI business intelligence and reporting tools Proficiency of Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Power BI technologies DAX programming language expertise required GIT and Version Control experience preferred. Vigorous attention to detail & understanding of the importance of quality assurance Ability to summarize and communicate project progress on regular cadence Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced matrixed environment, with a results-driven team-oriented culture Preference for EST or CST time zones For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
