Job Title: Market Product Professional – I Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Fort Worth, TX also an option) Work Model: Home-Based (Hybrid available) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Market Product Professional to support planning, forecasting, pricing, sales program management, and aftermarket product strategy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Distribution for all aftermarket initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage strategies for aftermarket product planning and forecasting • Oversee pricing and sales program management • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs • Drive process improvements within the supply chain • Act as a liaison between Business Systems, IT, Operations, and 3PL partners Must-Have Skills: • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC / S4 HANA • Proven track record in supply chain process improvement • Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Systems, IT, Operations, and 3PLs Desired Skills: • Experience with system implementations • Familiarity with QA/UAT processes • Strong in defect resolution management • Ability to facilitate and translate business requirements • Understanding of circular or reverse supply chains • Strong project management capabilities Other Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess a wide range of issues and recommend effective solutions • Ability to identify root causes and propose alternative approaches as needed Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of relevant experience in product, supply chain, or project management What you didn’t know about us: Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Short/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness Protection Life Insurance and Retirement Plans Employee Assistance Program With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!
