Job Description: Position Summary: - We are seeking a highly analytical, self-directed, and adaptable Technical Business Analyst to join our Program Management Office. This role is critical to bridging business needs and technical execution-driving clarity in requirements and ensuring smooth delivery of enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing changing priorities and serving as a key liaison across stakeholders, development teams, and deployment leads. - You'll be responsible for eliciting and documenting high-quality business and functional requirements, shaping and supporting Agile delivery practices, and managing the successful deployment and adoption of technical solutions. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Definition - Engage cross-functional stakeholders-including business owners, product managers, end users, developers, and QA teams-to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and evolving priorities - Lead discovery sessions and conduct deep-dive analysis to elicit business needs, clarify ambiguous concepts, and define the scope of technical solutions - Translate business goals into clear, actionable artifacts including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and wireframes - Ensure documentation is lean yet thorough, supporting fast-paced Agile sprints while maintaining traceability and clarity Agile Planning & Collaboration - Partner closely with agile delivery teams to participate in and/or facilitate key ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives - Actively refine user stories and acceptance criteria in response to team input, stakeholder feedback, or business shifts - Serve as the voice of the business throughout the development lifecycle-clarifying requirements, validating functionality, and aligning deliverables with user expectations - Work with project teams on implementation of cloud platforms and environments such as Azure Deployment & Release Management - Own the planning and coordination of solution deployments, managing end-to-end activities in partnership with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business leads - Develop and maintain detailed deployment schedules, go/no-go checklists, cutover strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans - Ensure alignment of technical deployment with operational readiness, user training, and change enablement efforts - Lead or support post-deployment validation and hypercare activities to ensure smooth transition and value realization Stakeholder Communication & Flexibility - Proactively manage workload, adjust priorities in real time, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels - Communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences - Respond quickly to shifting business needs-pivoting focus from long-term analysis to urgent triage, and from planning to execution, as needed Continuous Improvement & Risk Management - Identify gaps in business processes, systems, or data and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions - Use critical thinking to anticipate potential roadblocks and recommend preventative measures early in the project lifecycle - Contribute to the ongoing improvement of business analysis and deployment best practices within the PMO Job Specifications: - 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role-preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, DevOps, Planner, Visio, or equivalent tools - Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar platforms - Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data - Security awareness and understanding of data privacy, access controls, and compliance frameworks - Business analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are a strong plus. - Ability to interpret and manipulate structured datasets including using tools like Power BI or similar tool - Thorough understanding of API requests/responses, data mapping, and system-to-system integration basics - Familiarity with relational database concepts such as table relationships #LI - JL1 #LI - Hybrid Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $77,000 - $113,000 Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
