Apply today and let’s do great things together!Job DescriptionGeneral Responsibilities:We are looking for a hands-on Integration & Automation Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of application and data integrations across key systems. You will report to the Manager-Architect (Integration & Automation) and work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to create automation workflows, build Azure-based integrations, and ensure seamless communication between platforms such as our Loan Origination System (LOS), Salesforce, marketing tools, and third-party vendors.Primary Job Duties:Develop and maintain integrations between business systems using Azure services such as Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.Build automation workflows to support push/pull data processes across systems like LOS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and vendor platforms.Write, test, and maintain backend services using .NET / C# and REST APIs.Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Implement event-based and scheduled workflows that support both internal operations and external services.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of reusable libraries and best practices.Support debugging and troubleshooting efforts to maintain reliable and performant integrations.Ensure secure coding practices and participate in security and vulnerability remediation.Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.Support CI/CD practices for automated deployment and testing of integration components.QualificationsExperience and Skills:Required:3+ years of hands-on experience in software development or integration engineering.Proficiency in .NET / C# for building backend services and APIs.Experience using Azure services including Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Key Vault.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and data exchange between systems.Familiarity with SQL Server and querying large datasets.Experience working with source control systems like Git and deployment tools like Azure DevOps.Preferred / Nice to Have:Experience integrating with Salesforce, LOS platforms, or third-party marketing tools.Understanding of secure development practices and tools like Coverity or Black Duck.Familiarity with Power Automate or other low-code automation tools.Exposure to data governance, compliance standards, and monitoring frameworks.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile development environment.Additional InformationFull benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time offWorking in a growing and dynamic industryLBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled EmployePlease note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensations.
