Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of Enterprise Data to lead our data strategy, analytics platforms, and enterprise data architecture. This role will oversee data warehousing, business intelligence, data integration, and automation initiatives, while managing a growing team of engineers, analysts, and developers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in Azure data services, deep experience with mortgage data and analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the enterprise data vision, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Lead the design and management of data platforms, including Azure Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Server, and enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).Oversee end-to-end data integration processes across LOS, Salesforce, servicing platforms, marketing tools, and third-party vendors.Develop and govern a modern data warehouse and data lake to support analytics, reporting, automation, and data science use cases.Lead automation initiatives to streamline business workflows and optimize data flows between systems.Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, and integration specialists.Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and compliance to define data requirements, KPIs, and performance dashboards.Champion data quality, lineage, metadata, and security governance frameworks.Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics through effective use of mortgage data mining and pattern recognition techniques.Support executive reporting, regulatory audits, and data-driven decision-making at the enterprise level.
