Provide end-to-end technical guidance for customers integrating LiveLike’s products into their applications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, competency in Javascript, Swift, and Kotlin, and experience in customer-facing technical roles.
LiveLike is seeking a "Solution Architect" who will provide end-to-end technical guidance for our prospects and customers as they integrate LiveLike’s products into their applications. As a Solution Architect, you will be working directly with customer teams to help them understand how LiveLike’s products can be used to solve their problems. The position requires a strong communicator with technical skills who is also highly collaborative and motivated to drive customer success. We are looking for a Solutions Architect with both web & mobile development experience who will work with our customers to evaluate our developer-oriented products, build proof-of-concept applications, and help them successfully implement our products and services into their applications. Solution Architects are the technical experts in the technology sales process. They combine strong technical skills and knowledge with good interpersonal and presentation skills. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Being the technical point of contact post-sales for customer dev teams while they integrate the SDKs and/or APIs Becoming an expert in the product features, capabilities, and use cases Providing technical support, guidance, and advice via email, chat, and video calls Authoring and providing sample code on web and/or mobile Being available on sales calls to field technical questions when they come up Building expertise on third-party products that are often involved during integrations, such as cloud service providers, online video platforms, identity management systems, and competitor SaaS products OUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar roles. Competency in Javascript, Swift, Kotlin Past experience building web and/or mobile apps Working experience in customer-facing technical role like sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical project management Deep insight on technical architectures, IT products and product positioning. Proven experience in successful technical delivery and providing solutions to clients. Ability to incorporate new technologies as opportunities arise Ability to work in global cross-office teams WHAT WOULD BE COOL Experience building and working with APIs, software libraries, or other developer-facing products Excellent organizational and task management skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and programming ability Ability to work in global cross-office teams. Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills.
