As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help build and optimize critical systems within a highly collaborative team focused on financial technology tools. You'll contribute to a mix of greenfield and platform improvement projects, working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers. Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs, primarily using C#.NET and TypeScript. Build secure and high-performance systems, ensuring code is testable, maintainable, and production-ready. Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Product, and Engineering to launch new features and improve existing systems. Review code and contribute to design decisions, upholding high standards in architecture and performance. Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, pair programming, and code reviews. Continuously monitor, deploy, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems for optimal uptime and efficiency. Stay current with emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions into the engineering process. Proven problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design. Extensive experience with C#.NET and TypeScript/JavaScript; familiarity with Docker, Kafka, and AWS is highly desirable. Proficient in building RESTful APIs and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Deep understanding of scalable architecture, caching strategies, performance tuning, and cloud-native application design. Comfortable working within agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using CI/CD and test-driven development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. A passion for mentorship, collaboration, and driving high-quality outcomes through engineering excellence.
