You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to turn data insights into platform capabilities that enable meaningful growth and engagement. Accountabilities: Define and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and user needs. Use data, market research, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and guide product experimentation. Translate strategy into clear, prioritized product requirements and ensure alignment with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams. Drive innovation by investing in scalable platform capabilities while addressing technical debt. Establish and monitor success metrics to measure impact and inform decisions. Clearly communicate progress and priorities to stakeholders and leadership across the organization. 4+ years of experience in product management, including working on both user-facing products and backend services. Strong technical background with the ability to understand software architecture and complex systems. Proven ability to simplify complex problems and align cross-functional teams around shared priorities. Collaborative approach with a track record of partnering with UX and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like SQL, Looker, or Excel for decision-making. Comfortable with ambiguity, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
