This is a unique opportunity to drive the future of blockchain infrastructure at the core of global finance. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping scalable blockchain solutions used by some of the world’s most trusted financial institutions. You’ll own the product roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, and launch high-impact features across public and private chains. Accountabilities: Define and execute the product roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, focusing on protocol integrations, governance features, and on-chain settlement. Drive strategic initiatives in blockchain interoperability, enabling seamless cross-chain functionality and integrations. Work with financial institutions to deliver secure and scalable APIs and toolkits that accelerate blockchain adoption. Optimize protocol performance through data-driven improvements in throughput, scalability, and cost efficiency. Lead innovative initiatives in cryptography, DeFi, and blockchain consensus to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to bring blockchain products to market in a regulated environment. Gather insights from customers and partners to continuously refine user and developer experiences. 6–8 years of experience in product management, ideally within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or infrastructure. Strong technical understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s), cryptography, and APIs. Proven track record of building and scaling technical products in complex environments. Experience partnering with enterprise clients to deliver high-compliance, production-ready blockchain solutions. Ability to analyze product usage data and on-chain metrics to inform decisions and track adoption. Deep belief in the mission of democratizing finance through decentralized systems. Bonus points for experience with multi-chain architectures, token standards (ERC, SPL), staking mechanisms, or blockchain regulatory compliance (e.g., AML/KYC frameworks).
