As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of CRM strategies, optimizing user engagement across channels like email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. You'll play a central role in shaping personalized customer journeys, partnering closely with product, brand, compliance, and data teams. This is a high-impact position requiring both creative thinking and strong technical execution. Accountabilities: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Brand, Engineering, Compliance) to deliver personalized and compliant customer journeys. Design and implement transactional and lifecycle workflows to support user engagement through product interactions. Monitor and analyze performance of automated campaigns, using A/B testing and data insights to drive continuous improvement. Manage all phases of CRM initiatives including briefing, development, QA, deployment, and reporting. Maintain accuracy, deliverability, and timing of campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer segmentation and compliance standards. 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from strategy to analysis. Proficiency with Iterable, including dynamic scripting (Handlebars) and complex automation setups. Strong copywriting or editing skills for transactional and engagement messaging. Deep understanding of segmentation, deliverability best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM). Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating across departments in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Customer-centric thinking and a keen eye for detail in crafting branded experiences.
