This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Xsolla. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the United States. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by managing and coordinating company-wide projects that align with strategic business goals. You will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration across departments such as engineering, marketing, and business development. Working closely with leadership, you will oversee project timelines, mitigate risks, and champion best practices that improve operational performance. This position offers the chance to influence organizational success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Accountabilities: Lead and execute operations-focused projects that support strategic objectives and improve organizational workflows. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Manage communication and documentation with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency. Collaborate across departments to integrate operational initiatives seamlessly into broader company functions. Identify inefficiencies and potential risks within operations and develop proactive solutions. Oversee compliance with relevant policies, including vendor and partner management agreements. Assist in drafting Scopes of Work (SoWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for projects and processes. Maintain operational budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution. Provide training and support on operational best practices and tools. Track key performance indicators and report on operational effectiveness, driving continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience managing operational projects with a proven track record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient with project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and G Suite. Quick learner of new software and tools. Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience driving operational improvements and implementing best practices. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
