This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the vision and execution of cutting-edge marketing technology and promotional strategies within a dynamic digital portfolio. You will shape user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts by unifying front-end experiences with backend marketing systems. The position involves close collaboration with diverse teams including marketing, engineering, data, design, compliance, and finance. You will drive high-impact initiatives that enhance campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure regulatory compliance, all within a fast-paced, innovative environment that values data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Accountabilities: Own and develop the roadmap for MarTech and promotional products, including paid media, organic discovery (SEO/ASO), reward systems, and privacy/consent flows. Partner with growth, lifecycle, and brand teams to launch scalable acquisition and engagement strategies. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs measuring campaign effectiveness and user activation. Lead initiatives to improve conversion rates at every stage of the marketing funnel, from ad interaction to deposit and beyond. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to ensure full regulatory adherence. Translate market trends and competitive insights into prioritized product enhancements. Develop go-to-market strategies to align and equip internal teams for successful product adoption. Mentor product managers and promote best practices across the product management team. 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in MarTech, covering paid marketing, SEO, attribution, and data privacy compliance. Deep knowledge of B2C growth loops such as acquisition, activation, promotions, and retention strategies. Experience designing and managing reward systems and personalization, preferably in sports betting, iGaming, or related industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behavior to inform decisions. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, evolving environment while maintaining structure and accountability.
