This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of MSI, LLC - MSI HOA. We are currently looking for a HOA Community Manager in United States. As an HOA Community Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing day-to-day operations for assigned homeowner associations, serving as the primary liaison between boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll oversee community inspections, enforce covenants, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and support board decision-making. This is a people-focused role that requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position offers the possibility of hybrid work, but candidates must be based in Colorado due to the need for regular on-site visits. Accountabilities: Serve as the main point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring efficient communication and service. Manage association operations in accordance with legal documents, financial guidelines, contracts, and maintenance needs. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues, covenant violations, and architectural concerns. Oversee and coordinate contractor services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of work orders. Develop and present annual budgets to HOA boards and support capital improvement planning. Attend and facilitate board meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and provide guidance on association matters. Maintain detailed records of violations, work orders, architectural requests, and community status reports. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or related experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in budget management, contract administration, and community operations. Comfortable with public speaking, leadership responsibilities, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary systems. Valid driver’s license required; ability to walk up to 4 hours outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs. Based in Colorado, with availability for on-site visits and occasional evening meetings.
