This role plays a vital part in enabling data-driven decision-making within a major strategic IT governance program. The successful candidate will design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key performance indicators, funding, and compliance metrics. By transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, this position supports leadership and stakeholders in monitoring progress and making informed decisions. Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and static reports to monitor project performance, funding use, compliance, and other essential metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements that align with strategic KPIs and governance objectives. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support IT governance strategies and improvement efforts. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting tools and visualizations. Document data sources, methodologies, and processes to maintain transparency and reproducibility. Provide training and support to end-users to encourage effective use and adoption of reporting tools. 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles supporting complex programs. Proficiency with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents. Experience working with public sector clients or large-scale IT governance/strategic initiatives is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
