Our platform connects consumer behavior, menu dynamics, and sales performance to enable smarter commercial and marketing strategies. We work with some of the industry's most iconic brands to turn data into competitive advantage. We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Client Solutions team. This role blends analytical thinking with business strategy, giving you the opportunity to directly impact how clients grow their brands in the On-Premise. If you’re intellectually curious, commercially minded, and passionate about turning insights into action, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do • Utilize the Ground Signal platform and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across key On-Premise accounts. • Support multiple supplier and distributor clients by delivering insights tailored to their specific goals and KPIs. • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to scope, execute, and deliver strategic projects. • Build clear, compelling presentations that communicate key findings and recommended actions. • Monitor the performance of recommended strategies and adjust based on client feedback and updated data. • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable solutions and product enhancements. • Support broader client success efforts including research, QA, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. What You Bring • 1-3 years of experience in insights, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; you love solving business problems with data • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tooling like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating client-ready reports and slides • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics) Bonus Points For • Experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, or marketing analytics • Beginning to intermediate SQL skills preferred • Exposure to commercial strategy, brand planning, or retail execution • Familiarity with the dynamics of the On-Premise or route-to-market models What It’s Like to Work at Ground Signal We’re a small, nimble, and collaborative team with a low-ego culture and a strong bias for action.
