Overview Grant Park Holdings (“GPH”) is a private investment firm that acquires and builds exceptional small businesses in niche industries. Based in NYC, GPH is looking for new interns to join its team for Spring 2025. This opportunity is for those interested in hands-on experience in private equity and entrepreneurship. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, with or without prior private equity or finance experience. The team behind Grant Park Holdings are multi-generational business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives with experiences from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Job Description The interns at Grant Park Holdings are expected to be responsible individual contributors and collaborative team members. The internship will span 3 calendar months, starting in Spring 2025, on a rolling basis. Each intern is expected to dedicate at least 30 hours per week. This unpaid role is eligible for college credit. Each intern will specialize in research or marketing, deliver a final project, and assist with ongoing administrative tasks. What to Expect • Data-driven Research. Seek quality sources to analyze prioritized industries, macro and microeconomic themes, and individual target companies. • Boutique Marketing. Create intriguing curated content and leverage the latest technologies and methodologies to reach intended audiences thoughtfully. • Remote asynchronous work schedules • Weekly check-ins and regular in-person events • Access to senior industry operators and domain experts • For exceptional interns with strong output and mutual cultural fit, an internship extension of 3 additional months will be considered. Required Qualifications • Minimum undergraduate degree; current students and recent graduates welcome. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in research and marketing tools • Strong work ethic and good attitude.
