The Resident Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for resident communication strategy and direct relationships with tenant leadership. The role will report to the General Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with Property Management, Public Affairs, Development, and Design & Construction on resident communication strategy across the portfolio. Manage direct relationships with 12+ tenant leaders. Plan and organize resident meetings. Present at meetings. Draft, design, and manage written communication / notice distribution. As needed, liaise with third-party stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform the job successfully, the following skills and/or experience are required to qualify for the position. Extensive experience in community organizing, social services/social work, or other client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or willingness to learn. Knowledge of Yardi/RentCafe or willingness to learn a plus. Evening and weekend flexibility required. Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Haitian Creole a plus. #Indeed Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
