Job Description: We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics Manager, who will lead all phases of a project's life cycle, including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business, and designing and rolling out the project Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within the assigned Product/business Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value Building Roadmap & Stakeholder Engagement (20%):Interview stakeholders to align on yearly goals and analytical frameworks. - Develop analytical roadmaps and document data sources. - Responsibility: Drive success of the process. - Outputs: Analytical design document, ERDs, data source mappings, Feature notes, Release notes Understanding Business Background & Defining Objectives (20%): Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and KPIs. - Document business processes and success metrics. - Responsibility: Complete accountability over objectives. - Outputs: Business Requirements document, SCQs, HLD, Feature Requests. Building Analytical Frameworks (10%): Engage with global teams to enhance reporting processes. - Conduct research and model data for insights. - Responsibility: Efficient execution of frameworks. - Outputs: Process flow diagrams, Automation handbook. Report & Dashboard Development (30%): Understand reporting requirements and generate KPI reports. - Collaborate on hypothesis testing , Perform Root cause analysis and provide usage report on the Product, Enhancement, etc. Data Infrastructure Development (20%): Collaborate on implementing analytical models and improving data architecture. - Ensure accuracy in reporting through audits and monitoring. - Responsibility: Maintain quality insights for clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product management set up. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. A thorough understanding and work experience with SQL Server, Google Cloud Platform (GBQ), Tableau Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively articulate viewpoints to executive leadership and ability to write compelling executive level presentations Strong project management skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously including strong process orientation, ability to work and lead cross functional teams, strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills. Ability to establish priorities and procedures for accomplishing work within established deadlines; ability to lead multiple projects and manage toward deadlines and deliverables Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to interact at Officer level; ability to negotiate and persuade Proven success in increasing management roles handling multiple projects with competing deadlines. Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data, analyze and summarize vast amounts of information as well as understand all of the detail supporting the analysis. The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
