Position Summary Contractor - Remote Work you'll do The services you will provide to the Deloitte project team includes... • Document and create the project plan, resources, timeline and budget along with risks, actions, issues and decisions. • Collaborate with Talent, Consulting and Technology teams as needed to successfully deliver on the approach to security and access to data for Talent including updating status reports, facilitating project meetings and escalating concerns to leaders as needed • Serve as a strategic Consultant to Talent Risk and coordinate with subject matter advisors to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in building the use cases for our Talent Data. • Coordinate with the change management team on communications and training planning and execution to ensure a smooth implementation for users and administrators. • Consult with team members and contractors on project management tasks and deliverables. • Produce leadership ready presentations for guidance on usage and security of talent data • Perform other role-related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience • Background and experience with implementing new Talent systems and processes, from ideation thru deployment phases • Strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices • Advise and consult with colleagues on HXM SuccessFactors including downstream systems, role-based security permissions, automation logic (External/Internal, People Leader, etc.) and process implications of system/configuration decisions • Advise and consult with Talent, Talent Risk, Legal, Consulting, and Technology colleagues on large transformation projects impacting the data in our talent systems • Ability to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans accordingly • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills • Work well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset • Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels • Excited by prospect of working in a developing, ambiguous, challenging situation. • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams) • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred The Team The US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team aspires to reimagine how Talent fuels our Deloitte businesses through innovative, customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services.
