About the Role: The IT Department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We're seeking an exceptional Principal, Business Operations lead to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our IT organization. This leadership position will be instrumental in shaping how we scale our operations, optimize processes, and deliver world-class IT services to support CrowdStrike's mission. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $155,000 - $270,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
