Company: WISE Digital Partners Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (U.S. based only) Are you an experienced digital marketing professional ready to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth? WISE Digital Partners is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our remote team and play a key role in delivering top-tier digital marketing solutions for our clients across various industries. 💼 Position Overview As a Senior Account Manager, you'll own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term growth. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and your portfolio of 10–15 clients to deliver SEO, PPC, and digital solutions that help small-to-midsize businesses thrive. Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000/year (Includes performance-based commissions and bonuses) 🧩 Key Responsibilities Manage 10–15 client accounts across local, regional, and national levels. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital strategy, SEO, PPC, and website-related services. Lead strategic conversations with clients, identifying growth opportunities and delivering value through upsells. Participate in training, job shadowing, and team knowledge sharing to stay sharp on industry trends and tools. Maintain clear, proactive communication and act as the central point of contact for client success. 2–3+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or related services. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals. Experience working in any of the following industries is a plus: Professional Services (legal, accounting, financial) Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration) SaaS or eCommerce Proven ability to sell or upsell digital products and services. Comfortable managing your own schedule independently while collaborating within a remote team. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A team player who knows how to ask for help and orchestrate successful outcomes for clients.
