As a nonprofit organization, we provide psychological, medical, and educational support to keep families together. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager located in Miami Lakes, FL. The Program Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and coordinate program in accordance with the organization's goals. Responsibilities • Oversee training, development and supervision of program staff • Perform a variety of administrative and program management task that are highly confidencial and sensitive • Administer and coordinate program contracts completion and renewals • Provide/oversee [proper record keeping and documentation for all supervisory activities • Facilitate weekly 1:1 supervision and attend weekly staff meetings • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements • Assist with the hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions involving team members • Provide executive support to Senior Vice President
