Senior Human Resources Operations Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager to join the Engineering, Test and Technology (ET&T) HR team! This position can be based in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntington Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ or Plano, TX. This role will lead a team of HR Generalists responsible for leading and optimizing HR operational excellence and service delivery across ET&T HR. This role ensures efficient execution of core HR processes, systems, and employee services, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the employee experience and ensure compliance, scalability and continuous improvement in HR services. Position Responsibilities: Lead the HR Operational Excellence team responsible for HR Contact (employee service and support) and HR Subject Matter Expert’s to deliver consistent and timely support to ET&T HR Managers, HR Business Partners and employees Oversee case management system, ticketing platforms and knowledgebases to streamline employee inquiries and support. Partner with business, function, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to design, implement and operationalize strategic HR initiatives and programs Manage HR data requests, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and deliver insights through dashboards and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and support compliance and strategic initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance service delivery of HR processes Provide project management and surge support of critical HR projects by driving planning, execution and cross functional collaboration Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services Provide coaching and development to the HR team Travel up to 15% domestically This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
