Job Title: Data Analyst Qualifications: • BA or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related technical field. • 0-1 year of analytical and/or related operations experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. • Strong working knowledge and experience with SQL, Dataiku, and Power BI. • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, visualizations) and all components of the MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated database management and project management skills. • Experience with Snowflake preferred. Job Description The Analyst, Field Planning & Analytics will aid in data, analytics, and process reporting to help drive initiatives and strategy for Field Programming. Responsibilities • Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and act as the key point of contact for workstreams. • Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintain constant communication with customers, and demonstrate strong project management abilities. • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance or improve existing processes and outputs. • Effectively manage vendor partnerships, including timelines, insights, and communications for specific projects and initiatives. • Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance, and communication of field-facing solutions. • Provide reporting and analytics on varying capabilities to business Director and Associate Director level stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and creativity in problem-solving. • Ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex and difficult data concepts to a broad client base, including leadership, sales leadership, and other high-level contacts. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines. • Ability to work cross-functionally, in a matrix environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to make valuable contributions both independently and as a collaborative team member, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Self-motivated and creative thinker. Work Environment Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST (Fully Remote with Equipment Provided) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
