Alignment Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously. Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units. Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues. Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards. Leads change management activities including impact assessments, training, and communications. Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Experience: Required: 3-5 years of experience working in Project Management Preferred: Project Management within Managed Care Education/Licensure: Required:Bachelors degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education. Preferred: PMP Certification Specialized Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely detail and solutions oriented Proven follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.) and how to use such software to drive projects to completion Demonstrates a strong willingness/openness to change and actively make improvements towards efficiency Possesses abilities to scope and identify potential issues and escalate accordingly and proactively Essential Physical Functions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
