The Role We’re not just teaching people how to make money online—we’re flipping the script on what it means to run a scalable AI-powered business. As our Community Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue of the AI Incubator—building and energizing a results-driven community of 100+ digital entrepreneurs who are learning to launch & scale productized AI offers. Your mission: cultivate a high-performance environment where members take action, collaborate, and win—consistently. What You’ll Do What You’ll Do Heartbeat & Community Management: Lead the charge in our online HQ (Heartbeat). Moderate and energize daily threads — from wins to offers to client delivery. Keep the conversation flowing and ensure every member feels seen, supported, and activated. Founder Onboarding & Activation: Host friendly welcome calls to help new members land smoothly. Guide them through how to extract value from the program, complete the 12-course modules, and get plugged into live calls and community rituals. Daily Program Ops: Keep the engine running across daily Zoom sessions — including logistics, prep, and reminders. Whether it’s a lead gen call or a niche/offer jam session, you’ll ensure smooth flow and high energy. Engagement & Retention: Spark meaningful interaction between solopreneurs, AI founders, and growth hackers. Celebrate wins, launch community campaigns, and create accountability loops that keep members engaged. Support & Escalation: Act as the pulse of the community — flagging stuck members, surfacing tech issues, and looping in sales, ops, or delivery when needed. You’ll know where members are in their journey before they even ask for help. Weekly Reporting & Growth Insights: Track and report on activation, call attendance, community health, and engagement patterns. Share what’s working, who’s thriving, and where we need to tighten things up. B2B Mindset & Learning Experience Design: Leverage your background in cohort-based learning or startup bootcamps to support member outcomes, smooth onboarding, and ongoing success. What We’re Looking For Have 3–5 years of experience building and scaling digital communities — especially in edtech, startup accelerators, AI programs, or cohort-based courses. Are fluent with Heartbeat, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Airtable, and community automation. Have a solid understanding of AI tools, automation, and tech-forward environments (bonus if you’ve worked with digital entrepreneurs or solopreneurs). Know how to drive accountability and progress — not just vibes. Have experience with B2B client success, community-based learning, or running group sessions. Love content, engagement, and growth — and have experience sending newsletters, managing discussion threads, or coordinating event logistics. Are a natural connector and conversation starter — someone who loves creating sticky, valuable, and energized communities. What Success Looks Like 90%+ of members complete onboarding and engage within first 7 days Daily call attendance stays consistent and high-quality Community threads are active, valuable, and peer-led You become the “go-to” person members rely on for support and direction This Role Is For You If: You have experience operating within a startup/fast based environment.
