Customer Journey Analyst About the Role We’re looking for an insightful and data-driven Customer Journey Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll map and analyze every stage of the customer experience to identify opportunities for improvement, engagement, and retention. Your insights will directly inform how we connect with clients, optimize touchpoints, and deliver a more seamless, satisfying journey from first interaction to long-term loyalty.
