Description Company Overview AdCellerant is seeking an experienced Google Ads PPC search specialist to join our Search Engine Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of prior experience in paid search, specifically with Google Ads, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple paid search accounts. This role entails managing advertisers with larger ad budgets through PPC and mobile search, requiring a data-driven approach and the capability to achieve advertiser objectives through strategic campaign management. Summary of Role Our PPC Specialist will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and clients to implement campaigns focused on conversions. This role involves managing the entire campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, campaign management, optimization, reporting, and client communication. The Select PPC Specialist is crucial in driving our business strategy by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPIs, and advancing our strategic goals. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems creatively are essential to this position. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive keyword lists and compelling ad copy for search campaigns, ensuring they align with advertiser objectives. This involves a creative and analytical approach to match the goals of large ad spend advertisers and various clients. Create, manage, and optimize new paid search campaigns in Google Ads and, where applicable, Microsoft Advertising, overseeing the entire process from inception through optimization. This requires a deep understanding of paid search mechanisms and a strategic mindset. Conduct thorough QA checks on campaigns before launching to ensure accuracy and performance. Implement optimization changes to campaigns and keywords to drive maximum ROI. This includes making data-driven decisions and adjustments to meet advertiser goals. Generate and present insightful campaign reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Proactively schedule and conduct client calls to discuss strategies, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives, ensuring a high level of professionalism and maintaining strong client relationships. Utilize reporting tools to compile detailed campaign reports, emphasizing key performance metrics and strategic insights to inform future actions. Provide strategic recommendations based on a combination of campaign performance data, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Focus on optimizing ROI and achieving advertiser goals through innovative and effective strategies. Manage campaign budgets with precision to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) goals, demonstrating budget stewardship and efficiency in campaign management. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign optimization and growth. This involves staying ahead of market trends and leveraging opportunities for enhanced performance. Recommend and implement strategic changes to improve website traffic and conversion rates, based on analysis of campaign performance and industry best practices. Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of the SEM Team by embracing flexibility, innovation, and a team-oriented approach. Requirements 3-5 years of direct experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of both platforms' mechanisms and strategies. Current Google Ads Certification, with comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness. Proficiency in HTML and CSS, enabling advanced ad customization and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, enhancing ad performance and user experience. Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent third-party analytics tools, for detailed campaign tracking, analysis, and optimization. This knowledge is critical for making data-driven decisions that align with advertiser objectives. Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software, for sophisticated data analysis, reporting, and the derivation of actionable insights from campaign data. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, evidencing a high degree of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail, vital for clear and effective client and team interactions. Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This includes managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a focus on achieving high-performance goals. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating successfully with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring cohesive campaign strategies and execution. Prior experience with PPC management tools and/or experience working within a digital marketing agency is highly preferred. This background indicates a broader understanding of industry practices and the ability to leverage technology for campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Location Information Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet. This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility. Compensation Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $79,000 - $104,000. The salary is $58,000 annually. The bonus structure will be tied to campaign revenue and successful execution and management.
