Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our global creative team and support social media managers across multiple regions - including our Global channels, India, UK & Ireland, Mexico, LATAM, Nordics, and other, This role is all about staying organized, being responsive, and delivering high-quality visuals across a wide range of formats and requests. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks while also contributing fresh creative ideas tailored to different markets. Responsibilities: ● Manage and deliver design requests from social media managers across global markets ● Work primarily in Figma to create and adapt social assets, banners, and promotional content ● Assemble new visuals using existing components and elements ● Create custom graphics and layouts. ● Maintain visual consistency across channels while allowing for local customization ● Communicate with multiple stakeholders to clarify briefs and meet deadlines Requirements: ● Strong skills in Figma (must-have) and Photoshop / Illustrator ● Excellent communication and task management skills ● Ability to interpret briefs quickly, adapt to feedback, and multitask across teams ● Creativity and initiative to bring new visual ideas to life ● Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats ● Good English - essential for cross-regional collaboration ● Bonus: Knowledge of After Effects or basic motion design is a plus ● Bonus: Experience in gaming, entertainment, or multi-market content is welcomed What We’re Looking For: A highly organized, communicative designer who can confidently juggle multiple incoming requests and bring creative solutions to the table.
