Responsibilities • Coordinate sales and marketing programs to support ZRA product growth. • Help scale cross-sell and up-sell activity to existing Zoom customers. • Support onboarding and adoption plans to help reduce customer churn. • Contribute to building partner and self-service (PLG) sales pathways. • Help improve product trial and evaluation processes. • Support pricing, packaging, and product bundling initiatives. • Assist with product web content, SEO, and gathering customer feedback or testimonials. • Support internal product training and adoption across sales, solutions, and customer teams. • Track business performance using data and provide insights to support planning. • Support customer and industry initiatives, including advisory groups and customer outreach. Skills • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, with significant exposure to both sales and marketing functions. • Proven track record in CRM SaaS industry with demonstrated results in driving growth initiatives. • Experience with sales productivity and revenue intelligence solutions. • Experience developing and executing cross-functional programs across marketing, sales, and customer success. • A comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies, channel partnerships, and demand generation strategies. • B2B SaaS sales motions and customer lifecycle management. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify business trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
