Full Description

Job Description: • Accountable for assigned products, owning the product roadmap, vision, and strategy from cradle to grave • Bring strong project leadership capabilities to coordinate cross-functional work, maintain momentum, and drive execution of roadmap priorities • Define problem statements and product vision + strategy, and maintain product backlog • Monitor product performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Deliver on open items in product backlogs with planned release schedule Requirements: • 3+ years in Product Management, product development role or equivalent industry experience • Proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship • BA/BS degree in scientific discipline or business; MBA, DVM, PhD or other advanced degree preferred, but not required Benefits: • healthcare and insurance benefits beginning on day one • 401K plan with a match and profit-sharing contribution from Zoetis • 4 weeks of vacation • comprehensive benefits package that supports the physical, emotional and financial wellbeing of our colleagues and their families
