Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Allentown, PA, for a Quality Control Lead. The Quality Control Lead will manage quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating quality assurance activities, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), performing quality audits, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The role requires maintaining detailed records and ensuring consistent product quality in line with company and regulatory standards. This person would balance this work while also working on the production floor. Qualifications • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management principles • Strong knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Experience in performing Quality Auditing • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively train and supervise a team • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Able to work in a production environment
