Primary Job Duties • Assist program team in implementing nature-based programming. (20+ hours per week) • Work alongside our guests doing a variety of garden & horticulture tasks. • Coordinate school & community partnerships (school field trips, family events, etc.) • Pre-screen volunteer applications & maintain volunteer databases (sign up genius, NEON, etc.) • Recruit, manage, and supervise volunteers. (program, special event, service days, etc.) • Administrative tasks as needed (e-mail, scheduling, documentation, etc.) Qualifications ● Enthusiasm for the mission of Zachariah’s Acres and the guests we serve. ● Self-motivated, detailed orientated, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. ● Creative, flexible, and willing to have fun in God’s Creation! ● Previous experience with individuals with special needs or classroom management is preferred. Expectations: ● Abide by our statement of faith and core values. ● In-person, onsite position (Oconomowoc, WI). ● Occasional weekend and evening events. ● Establish 3‐5 yearly goals.
