The Digital Experience (DEx) Committee is leading a multi-year transformation to reimagine how members learn, connect, and lead through world-class digital experiences. Role Summary We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the strategic and operational linchpin behind this transformation. Reporting to the Leadership Services Director and partnering closely with senior executives, this role translates vision into execution—aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and delivering member-centric outcomes that advance YPO’s mission. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Delivery Partner with the DEx Committee and CPTO to support program scope, success metrics, and alignment with YPO’s strategic vision. Oversee project execution—ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Implement and manage project frameworks using tools such as Jira and Notion to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to the work. Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and dashboards to provide transparent reporting to the committee and leadership. Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams, external design firms, and vendors to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines. Committee Management Support seamless Committee operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing strategic agendas, and sharing meaningful pre-reads. Attend all meetings to capture not just the minutes, but the why behind every discussion—strategic intent, key decisions, and action items. Translate high-level discussions into clear summaries, workstreams, and accountability mechanisms. Serve as the primary liaison between the DEx Committee and other governance bodies (Events, Learning, Membership, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment, momentum, and eliminate duplication. Collaborate with the DEx Chair to prepare concise, compelling, and data-driven updates to the YPO Global Board. Technology & Experience Leadership Bridge business and technology by translating member needs into actionable requirements for internal product and tech teams. Stay fluent in digital trends—from AI to data analytics to platform-as-a-service—and apply them to elevate member experiences. Embed modern delivery methods—Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking—to drive speed, transparency, and impact. Champion the DEx strategy focused on core member experiences: Search, Events, Content, and Culture Tools, ensuring all initiatives align with this vision. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience within a technology-driven environment. Demonstrable expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to completion. Advanced proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools. Proven ability to create compelling, C-suite-level presentations and reports. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the product development lifecycle. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
