Position Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth across Young’s direct-to-customer channels, including our e-commerce platform and inside sales programs. This role blends strategic campaign planning, data-driven marketing, and hands-on execution to engage clinicians and convert them into loyal customers. Who you’ll work with: Working as part of the Campaign Engine and reporting to the Director of Marketing, this manager partners closely with the E-Commerce, Inside Sales, and Content & Digital teams to build awareness, generate demand, and optimize the digital customer journey. What You’ll Do: Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for direct business channels that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through youngspecialties.com and inside sales. Partner with Product Management to define target audiences, offers, and content strategies for priority categories, with a particular focus on new to the world dental products and existing orthodontic product lines. Manage campaign workflows in HubSpot, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and automated email journeys that improve retention and repeat purchase. Performance Optimization & Analysis Monitor campaign performance daily using HubSpot, GA4, and BI dashboards to evaluate ROI and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine campaigns, messaging, and customer journeys, continuously improving efficiency and outcomes. Work with E-Commerce and Marketing Operations to ensure product data, site content, and promotional messaging are accurate and optimized for digital performance. Conduct A/B testing on offers, landing pages, and creative to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Inside Sales to coordinate marketing campaigns that generate and nurture leads for phone and email follow-up. Collaborate with the Professional Relations team to integrate educational content and KOL influence into direct marketing programs. Support the Director of Marketing in developing annual marketing calendars, forecasting, and performance reviews. Contribute to cross-channel alignment so that direct marketing complements dealer and CE-driven initiatives. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy. Knowledge of the dental or orthodontic industry strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail, timing, and ROI. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Technical Skills Hands-on experience in HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and reporting required. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel. Compensation Range:$ 115,000 - $130,000 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs. Physical Requirements/Working Locations Office/Remote Environment This position is based in an office environment and is primarily sedentary in nature. It requires regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Some roles may involve wearing a headset and sustained computer use for 8 or more hours per day. Employees may be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, and occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
