YMCA at Bellevue is Now Hiring for Full Circle Associate Position Type: Part-time Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience) Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Full Circle Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow in spirit, mind, and body. What You'll Do: Lead fun and engaging activities while ensuring a safe environment Build positive relationships with participants, families, and YMCA staff Be an enthusiastic leader and role model for our participants Provide necessary care and assistance to participants Support and promote YMCA programs and initiatives What You Bring: Minimum Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: Working with children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred A passion for working with individuals of all abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism, sound judgment, and a heart for service Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Certifications Needed: Before your first shift: New Hire Orientation Within 30 days: CPR Pro/AED/First Aid Within two weeks: Relias Training Ready to make a difference?
