Association Property Technician – YMCA of Middle Tennessee Hey there! Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Association Property Technician to join our YMCA team and ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and ready to serve our members every day. Starting pay is $17/hour, based on experience. What you’ll do: Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, pool systems, and more. Assist with building and facility projects across multiple locations. Keep our facilities and grounds in tip-top shape—safe, clean, and functional. Work closely with HVAC technicians and support team needs. What we’re looking for: Age: Must be at least 21. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: At least 2 years in a maintenance role. Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications: Valid Tennessee driver’s license required; we’ll help you get certified in Mental Health First Aid within 6 months.
