Key Responsibilities - Execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, including preventative maintenance, parts inventory and system troubleshooting. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and diesel equipment conditions and identify and remedy safety issues on both company and customer-owned equipment. - Interface directly with customers, potentially working at multiple sites and across multiple technologies to deliver service outcomes. - Create and maintain a safe working environment and promote a safety-focused culture. - Maintain and take care of company property and demonstrate high-impact behaviors such as innovation, accountability and empowerment. - Function effectively in a team environment and work independently when required. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA) as applicable. - Capable of obtaining a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements. - Clean driving record and ability to meet driving-related requirements (MVR, driver's license, medical certificate, and related forms). - 0 to 2 years of technical work experience (minimum 0 years); ability to work without direct supervision. - Technical skills in electrical, mechanical, diesel and/or fusion depending on business unit. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices. - Customer service experience and demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate clearly to produce outcomes and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications - Approximately 1 year of technical work experience preferred. - Prior related work experience and any relevant certifications or endorsements that align with division-specific requirements.
