Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support for IT projects and CRM systems including Salesforce, collaborating with technical teams and providing on-call support.
Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience in CRM application administration with Salesforce and knowledge of ETL tools.
Job Description: • Responsible for providing application administration, troubleshooting and support for information technology projects, applications and systems • Assists in testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons • Collaborates with the CRM team to proactively identify and recommend operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations • Assist the technical leads and work with technical and functional staff within CRM team • Provide 24x7 service by being on call in rotation with other staff • Possesses ability to interpret and monitor application logs • Evaluate current or emerging technologies.
