Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry and CRM systems • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions • Support clients in navigating online platforms or self-service portals as needed Skills • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and professional interaction • Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) preferred • Experience in sales, call center operations, or customer support roles preferred • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills • Experience in garment manufacturing or sourcing or product development in garment manufacturing • Data entry accuracy with fast typing speed (typing skills) is essential • Outbound calling experience is a plus for proactive client engagement • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy • Knowledge of call center procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices Company DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
