Dispatcher – Business Aviation Location: Must be located on the East Coast (Preference of being located in/around Tampa, FL) Are you ready to join a global leader in aviation fuel solutions? At World Fuel, we power the skies by delivering exceptional service and reliable fuel logistics to our customers. We’re looking for a Dispatcher to support our Business Aviation team—a critical role at the heart of our operations. What You’ll Do As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth fuel deliveries for our General Aviation customers. Your day-to-day will include: • Customer Support: Receive fuel requests via email or phone and confirm details with clients. • Order Management: Enter orders into our GA order entry system (OTS) and lock in pricing. • Dispatch Coordination: Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion. • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve logistical issues and recommend alternative solutions when needed. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Supply, Accounting, and other departments to keep operations running seamlessly. What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • 1–6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or communication roles preferred. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts for on-call coverage.
