Hybrid remote Hopewell, NJ Payroll Manager127-143K salary: 127-143K Work three(3) days a week in the Hopewell, New Jersey office. Multistate payroll experience direct hire with 401k, sick days, vacation days and health insurance high school diploma or college degree minimum three (3) years payroll experience Hopewell, NJ, iPayroll Manager. Overview: Lead multi-state payroll operations and ensure full compliance with all wage and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance · Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates · Coordinate with Benefits on deductions and related initiatives · Oversee payroll audits and provide documentation · Support annual workers’ compensation audits · Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls · Identify automation and process improvement opportunities · Partner with systems teams on configuration updates and testing · Manage vendor relationships (ADP or similar) · Review and approve bonus runs and year-end filings · Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues • Remote About the Company: Work 22
