Key Skills: • Leadership: Proficient in guiding and managing teams to achieve operational objectives and foster a collaborative work environment. • Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing short term operational plans to meet organizational goals. • People Management: Experienced in hiring, training, evaluating, and enhancing team members' performance. • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and integration to drive strategic objectives. • Problem Solving: Adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and operational challenges effectively. • Financial Management: Competent in monitoring budgets, financial performance, and achieving operational financial targets. • Technical Guidance: Expertise in providing technical support and direction to team members and stakeholders. • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting departmental plans and priorities to address changing resource and operational needs. • Communication: Effective in conveying information and influencing others to adopt different perspectives. • Performance Management: Skilled in assessing team performance and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency. Other Qualifications: • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred. • Familiarity with operational excellence or lean methodologies is a plus. • Experience in team leadership and employee development is highly valued.
