Manage Team Performance: Through regular performance assessments, provide feedback, support and resources to support the site's needs. Allocate Resources Effectively: Adjust and prioritize departmental plans and resources to address operational challenges and optimize training outcomes. Coordinate Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to integrate training programs seamlessly with overall business operations and strategic objectives. Monitor and Analyze Metrics: Track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they contribute to achieving financial and operational targets. Key Skills: Leadership: Proficient in guiding and managing teams to achieve operational objectives and foster a collaborative work environment. Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing short term operational plans to meet organizational goals. People Management: Experienced in hiring, training, evaluating, and enhancing team members' performance. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and integration to drive strategic objectives. Problem Solving: Adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and operational challenges effectively. Financial Management: Competent in monitoring budgets, financial performance, and achieving operational financial targets. Technical Guidance: Expertise in providing technical support and direction to team members and stakeholders. Adaptability: Capable of adjusting departmental plans and priorities to address changing resource and operational needs. Communication: Effective in conveying information and influencing others to adopt different perspectives. Performance Management: Skilled in assessing team performance and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency. Other Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred. Familiarity with operational excellence or lean methodologies is a plus. Experience in team leadership and employee development is highly valued. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
