• Wood Personnel Services has immediate temp-to-hire opportunities for skilled Forklift Operators. Positions available in Wilson County. Openings for Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker forklifts, with or without clamp experience. Clamp forklift experience required for select positions. Multiple shifts available. Forklift Operator Compensation and Hours: • Up to $21.00 an hour • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts available Benefits Offered by WPS: • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation Days • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance • Direct Deposit or Payroll Card • Employee Referral Bonus • Weekly pay Forklift Operator Skills and Qualifications: • Must have valid driver s license or clean MVR report • Must have 6+ months of solid forklift operation experience, within the last 2 years Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities: • Work in shipping and/or receiving departments to load and unload trucks with use of lift equipment • Stow products on shelves or racks with use of lift equipment within warehouse • Moving goods packed on pallets or crates around the storage facility • Pick orders with use of lift equipment within warehouse • Provide material to lines and machines with use of lift • Operate all lift equipment in safe and proper manner, checking to make sure loads are secure • Performing daily equipment checks on lift equipment before operation • Conducting routine maintenance on lift equipment within warehouse • Record inventory transitions in ERP systems including; issues, transfers, and adjustments
