Compensation $62,000 - $120,000 Yearly Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients. One Must Also • Sell consultatively and not on price • Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals • Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time • Have ample construction knowledge • Be effective at working with a referral network • Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first • Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable Qualifications • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior experience working in the construction industry is required • 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • Stays organized and manages time well • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field, a plus • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality About Company Sealtite Slabjacking & Insulation, in Fort Myers, FL, specializes in Slabjacking, or concrete lifting, and offers unparalleled levels of service and expertise in our local market.
