Key Responsibilities • Fill the Luxury Funnel: Design and manually implement the acquisition strategy to drive qualified leads, blending paid performance marketing with organic storytelling. • Execute Paid Media: Act as the internal media buyer. You are responsible for account setup, daily optimization, and creative testing without agency support. • Technical CRM Management: Build and manage complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud flows (Email Studio, Journey Builder) that convert passive interest into bookings. • Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-converting copy and use creative tools to produce campaign assets that inspire action and build trust. • Manage & Mentor: Direct a lean creative team (internal/freelance) while rolling up your sleeves to fill production gaps yourself. • Experimentation: Test and validate new channels rapidly—from digital ads to guerrilla PR stunts and partnerships. • Investor Meetings: Collaborate with founder on pitches, investor materials, and high-stakes moments • Media Relations: Leverage or build direct relationships with editors and writers to keep our brand top-of-mind in the luxury travel press. • Performance-Driven Partnerships: Vet and onboard influencers who align with our sustainability mission, managing the day-to-day communication to ensure their content fills our sales funnel. What You Bring • Strategist with a Practitioner’s Hands: 8–12+ years of experience, ideally in luxury travel. You can present a quarterly strategy to the board in the morning and launch a new campaign in the afternoon. • Solo Media Management: Proven ability to manage a paid media budget and execute buys in-house without an agency. You are comfortable running A/B tests and optimizing creative performance on a daily basis. • Technical Execution in SFMC: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (3-5 years). You will be responsible for manually building complex journeys, automations, and personalized email logic. • Creator-Level Production Skills: You are fluent in the modern content stack. You use AI, Canva/Adobe, and CMS tools to build landing pages and ad creative yourself. "Copy and Design instincts" aren't enough—you need the ability to ship the work. • Performance-Driven Storytelling: You have built luxury campaigns that drive measurable revenue, blending high-end brand narratives with direct-response triggers. • Strong design and copy instincts • Passion for sustainability, cultural intelligence, and out-of-the-box thinking • Proactive, decisive, and fun to work with! Compensation & Equity -Pre-Funding: $500/month stipend for ~20 hours/month, plus an active role in investor pitches.
