Launch your consulting journey with West Monroe West Monroe is seeking Business Strategy Consulting Interns to join our Platforms and Customer Strategy team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience working with clients across various industries, focusing on strategy, business process, operations, and technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to enhance their sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, and accounting functions. As a Business Strategy Consulting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in areas such as strategy development, business process design, financial modeling, technology configuration and implementation, preparing you to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ marketing, sales, and service teams. Primary Responsibilities Support the development of business solutions across Marketing, Sales Service, and Accounting functions Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and support strategic recommendations Engage with client stakeholders to gather insights, understand business requirements and document desired outcomes Participate in strategy workshops to document process improvements, KPIs and guiding principles for client programs Assist in creating strategic plans and defining metrics for marketing, sales and service improvements Analyze, redesign, and document operational processes to enhance efficiency and business performance Document client business requirements and user stories, as well as current state and future state process workflows Perform configuration/development activities on platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite and assist in writing technical and solution design documentation Write and execute unit and user acceptance test scripts and assist in creating and delivering end-user training materials Support financial modeling to evaluate strategic initiatives and align budgets with business goals What You'll Bring to the Team Sharp analytical thinking and an interest in solving complex problems Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior work experience Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team success Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027 Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Must reside within 50 miles of your assigned office before your start date and throughout the internship; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe Preferred Qualifications: Majors in: Accounting Business Administration Business Analytics Economics Finance Industrial & Systems Engineering Information Systems Marketing Join our team and make a lasting impact!
