Located in New Rochelle, New York, We Ship Express is a growing logistics company that has operations located nationwide. We are seeking someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company. About The Position This entry level seasonal warehouse associate will perform the following entry level warehouse jobs: picker, packer, box maker, palletizer, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance. The seasonal position is anticipated to last through mid-January 2026. Duties and responsibilities include • Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments • Picks, packs, and handles materials for orders • Processes all packages for shipments to include packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing • Maintains a safe, clean working environment • Participates in quality improvement processes • Performs other related duties as assigned by management Qualifications • One to two years related experience or equivalent preferred • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods preferred • Forklift experience a plus but not required. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to learn • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Flexible and able to move within entry level warehouse positions noted above • Acute attention to detail • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Physical demands and work environment • Continually required to stand • Continually required to walk • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity • Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl • Continually and occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds/ up to 50 pounds • Continually work near moving mechanical parts • Occasionally loud noise
