Your Role: You will join us as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, owning the design, development, and deployment of major new features and integrations on our healthcare platform. Every release you ship directly expands our impact and delivers meaningful value to health systems and their patients. This is a fully remote role, but it does require an in-person ID proofing and onboarding. You'll enjoy ample independence, seamless teamwork in an Agile Scrum setting, and the rewarding opportunity to witness the direct impact of your contributions. We’re looking for someone who: Thrives on building complex, scalable full-stack systems that perform and last Is genuinely excited about solving tough, real-world healthcare challenges Takes pride in writing clean, well-structured, maintainable code in a fast-moving agile environment Enjoys mentoring others and raising the bar for the whole team Must-Haves (the non-negotiables): You must reside and work remotely within the continental United States, specifically in Eastern or Central time zones (excluding New York). The role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, occasional travel (1–2 times per year) for customer or company meetings, and an in-person identity proofing and onboarding session. Minimum 5 years in professional software engineering, with skills in architecting and implementing full-stack applications (prior experience doesn't need to match our exact tech stack) and demonstrated success in shipping high-quality software and end-user interfaces. Solid grasp of core software principles, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting distributed systems. Strong command of web fundamentals (TypeScript/JavaScript) and contemporary JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular). Ability to work collaboratively, offer technical mentorship, guide junior developers, and exchange expertise. Proficiency with industry-standard practices and tools, including Git/GitHub, peer code reviews, static code analysis (e.g., ESLint, SonarQube), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), along with familiarity with Agile processes (like Scrum). Excellent English communication skills for technical discussions, both written and spoken. Nice-to-Haves: Strong backend skills, and solid experience with Angular (RxJS, NGXS) Hands-on work with AWS, particularly building and scaling RESTful APIs Comfort with relational databases like PostgreSQL and data tooling (Python, AWS Glue) Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Pulumi) and debugging distributed systems What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day You’ll work hand-in-hand with your Scrum team on sprint planning, technical design, and execution. You’ll translate user stories into robust designs for features, deliver clean, performant, well-tested full-stack code, lead design and code-review sessions, mentor teammates, and proactively improve our tools, processes, and architecture. You’ll also share occasional weekday on-call duties (roughly once every 3–4 weeks) to keep things running smoothly. Tech Stack Mainly Golang integration services on Amazon Linux ECS/Fargate. UI: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS/NGXS. Databases: PostgreSQL/Redshift. Data analytics: Python/Glue. Infrastructure as code: Pulumi. CI/CD: Mainly Jenkins. Version control: Git/GitHub.
